College Baseball Insider.Com has previewed college coaches from around the country and Lipscomb sophomore pitcher Rex Brothers and junior catcher Caleb Joseph have received several preseason accolades.

The 12 coaches in the Atlantic Sun Conference, which includes Lipscomb, named Brothers, from Chapel Hill, Tenn., as one of the three top starting pitchers along with Kyle Heckathorn from Kennesaw State. Matt Dobbins from Jacksonville and Brandon Langston from East Tennessee State tied for the third spot.

Brothers and Heckathorn tied for the honor of "the one pitcher you don't want your team to face".

Joseph, from Franklin, Tenn., was named the "hitter you least want to face". He also was named as the nest defensive catcher in the conference.

Joseph joined Derek Wiley from Belmont and Mike Armstrong from Mercer as the three top power threats in the conference.

The Bisons were picked to finish fifth in the conference.
