Summer baseball is keeping several Bisons busy
The Lipscomb Bisons baseball season has ended, but several players will be active this summer in leagues around the country.

Right fielder Antonio Butler, pitcher Davey Hackett and outfielder A.J. Dulay will stay close to home, playing for the Nashville Navigators in the Tennessee Baseball Federation.

Third baseman-outfielder Ryan Wilkins and first baseman/designated hitter Tennyson Dodd have headed north for the summer. Wilkins is playing for the Manchester Silkworms of the New England Collegiate Baseball League. Dodd is on the roster of the Niagara Power of the New York Collegiate Baseball League.

Pitcher Matt Bowling is in Front Royal, Va., playing for the Cardinals in the Valley League. Pitcher Josh Cotham is playing for the Brazos Bombers of the Texas Collegiate League.

Utility player Kurtis Robinson is participating in the Atlanta Collegiate League. Outfielder James Tunnell is in the M.I.N.K. League. Pitcher Josh Smith is planning to play somewhere this summer, but has not determined where he will be.
