Two players with Lipscomb ties made the first team and two were named to the second team. The league, in its inaugural season, is based in Mississippi.
Receiving first team recognition were Tyler Wilson, who will be a senior this season; and newcomer Josh Chism.
Wilson played for the Tallahatchie Rascals and was honored as a utility player. He batted .311, scored 10 runs, hit three doubles and drove in 12 runs.
Chism played second base for the Golden Triangle Jets. He batted .294, scored 18 runs and drove in nine runs.
Named to the second team were shortstop Colby Maxwell, also an incoming freshman, also played Tallahatchie. He batted .294 and scored 10 runs.
Also named to the second team was Lee Wilson, a second baseman who batted .273 for Tallahatchie. He is also an incoming freshman.
