Baseball gives back with annual Christmas party

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Lipscomb baseball team continued one of its annual traditions on Monday night hosting their Christmas party in conjunction with Front Porch Ministries.

The Bisons loaded up on the Lipscomb bus and headed across town to the Front Porch Ministries headquarters to pick up 14 kids for a super fun night.  With the kids in on board, the bus made a beeline for Target where the players and coaches took the bunch shopping to purchase gifts for their moms.

With the bags full of super-secret gifts, the group loaded back up for the short trek to campus where a pizza/wrapping party awaited. Thanks to much-needed help from the Lipscomb Cheerleaders, the packages were all neatly wrapped with perfect bows and ribbons to be placed under the tree.

Following the wrapping fest and pizza, the entire group was treated to a fantastic magic show before loading back up for the trip home.
