Weather forces Baseball to Saturday doubleheader

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - After a down pour and continued lightning in the area, Lipscomb baseball and Florida Gulf Coast have postponed their Friday game and will instead play a doubleheader beginning at 11 a.m. on Saturday at Ken Dugan Field.

The first game will be a nine-inning affair. If the Bisons win, then game two would be a seven inning game. However, should FGCU win the first game, both contests would be nine innings as it would essentially be a play-in game for the conference tournament.

The Bisons need to win just once on Saturday to clinch the final spot in next week's ASUN Championship.
