ATLANTA, Ga. - Conference newcomer Liberty University holds a slim lead in the race for the ASUN Conference Bill Bibb Trophy in the All-Sports standings following the winter season. The Flames moved into the top spot thanks to sweeping the Indoor Track & Field titles, while claiming a share of the regular season title in Men's Basketball and placing second in Women's Basketball.
League teams saw an unprecedented of postseason success following the ASUN Championships with Kennesaw State's Jordan Gray & Liberty's Alejandro Perlaza Zapata earning NCAA Indoor All-American status, while Liberty defeated Mississippi State in the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament. In other postseason tournaments, Lipscomb advanced to the NIT Finals at Madison Square Garden, North Alabama reached the WBI Semifinals in their debut Division I season and NJIT earned an appearance in the CIT Quarterfinals.
In the race for the Jesse Fletcher Trophy (Men's All-Sports), Liberty and Lipscomb are tied for first after the two schools shared the Men's Basketball regular season crown and the Bisons finished in a tie for third at the Indoor Track & Field Championships. FGCU has regained the lead for the Sherman Day Trophy (Women's All-Sports) after claiming the outright Women's Basketball regular season title.

Note: Points are awarded on a descending basis in three-point increments. A minimum of 50% of the full ASUN membership must participate in a sport for that sport to be counted in the all-sports standings. Championship points available based on number of teams (teams x 3 points) participating in each sport. Team sport points are awarded based on regular season finish. Individual sports (cross country, golf, track & field) points are awarded based on the ASUN Championship results. Ties split points. All sports standings are based on percentage. Each institution's percentage is based on sport participation and performance - school points earned divided by total possible points available to that institution.
FGCU maintained its second-place spot in the Bill Bibb Trophy standings following first (women) and tied for third (men) place finishes in basketball. The Eagles also earned a share of the Men's Soccer Regular Season title as well as the Volleyball Regular Season and Championship crowns. After leading following the fall season, Lipscomb currently sits in third place in the combined standings. In addition to being tied for first in the men's standings, the Bisons are third on the women's side.
