2004: Recorded a 3-8 record and 6.17 earned run average. Made 14 appearances, 12 as a starter. Pitched three complete games. Second on team in games started. Led team with 12 strikeouts when the batter was caught looking.

JUCO: Pitched for Northwest Shoals Community College in Muscle Shoals, Ala. Had a combined record of 27-8 with a 2.50 earned run average. Named a preseason All-America (Player to Watch) each season. All-Conference First Team selection as a second year player and was a second team selection his first year.

High School: An outstanding multi-sport athlete for Brentwood Academy. USA Today Tennessee Baseball Player of the Year as a senior. Three-time All-Conference selection. All-State Team in 2001 and 2001. Mid-State Player of the Year for 2001. In football he was an All-State selection in 2000 and an All-Conference team member in 1999 and 2000. All-State selection in wrestling in 2001, Also State Champion in the 215 -pound division in 2001.
