2014 (Junior):  One of just two Bisons to start all 61 games...Finish with a .259 batting average with 53 hits in 205 at-bats...Hit seven doubles, one triple, two homeruns with 30 RBIs and scored 37 runs...Drew 37 walks for third-most in the A-Sun...Was perfect in stolen base attempts, going 3-for-3...Helped Lipscomb finish sixth in the nation turning 65 double plays, the second most in a single-season in school history...Recorded 126 putouts and 178 assists to 10 errors to finish with a .968 fielding percentage.

Junior College:  Named the 2013 NJCAA Division I Defensive Player of the Year...Fielded .973 with just five errors in 184 attempts at Indian River State Community College...2013 American Baseball Coaches Association/Rawlings NJCAA Gold Golve Award winner...Hit .287 with 23 RBIs, four doubles and 13 runs scored.

High School:  Prepped at Melbourne High School under Pete Donovan...Helped lead the Bulldogs to three regional tournament appearances for the first time in school history...Tree-time district and Cape Coast Conference champions...Member of 2011 Tampa Bullets team that won the Perfect Game BCS National Championship 18U and the Prospect Wire National Championship.

Personal:  Son of Richard and Marcie Korte...Has two brothers (Steven and Jefferey).
