Club: In 2011 started playing club ball with the Orlando Baseball Academy under coach Brian King...Played all three outfield positions...Was one of two OBA members selected to the Perfect Game Preseason HS All-American Team in consecutive seasons...For his career with OBA, Symonette played in 134 games where he held a career .306 batting average and a .390 on-base percentage...Recorded 114 hits, 21 doubles, seven triples, three home runs and 59 RBIs...He drew 39 walks and stole 21 bases in 25 attempts...Held a .933 career fielding percentage...Made 66 putouts with four assits and just five errors.

High School: Prepped at Christian Home and Bible School under the helm of Benny Hunton...In 2014 Perfect Game ranked Symonette as the 229th best player overall and the 49th best outfielder in the nation, the 45th best player in the state of Florida and the 9th best outfielder in the state...2013 Perfect Game Underclass High Honorable Mention All-America...2013 Under Armour Pre-Season All-American...2012 Perfect Game Underclass Honorable Mention All-America...As a freshman Symonette hit .319 while leading the team with four home runs and 25 runs...he finished second on the team with 24 RBIs en route to earning a Rising Star Award...As a sophomore he hit .413 and led the team with 31 hits, 26 RBIs and eight doubles...He was second on the team with three home runs and 26 runs...Led the Bulldogs as a junior with three home runs, 25 RBIs, 27 hits and 27 runs and batted .370...Named team Co-MVP in 2012...Named to the Perfect Game Florida Qualifier's All-Tournament team in 2012 with a .385 batting average, a .400 on-base percentage where he had two doubles, a triple and six RBIs...Carried a 3.7 GPA in the classroom...2010-12 Honor Roll, Certificate of achievement in math (top grade) and weightlifting...Named to the principal's list in 2013...Also played varsity football where he led the team in rushing with 103 carries for 689 yards and six touchdowns...He also recorded 53 tackles during his sophomore campaign.

Personal: Son of Tellis and Melinda Symonette...Has an older brother, Tellis Jr....Chose Lipscomb over UCF, Florida Tech, USC Upstate, Flagler College among others...He is a three-time member of the Bahamas National Team...The person he most admires is Neil Armstrong...Favorite book is the Bluford Series.
