Charles Morrow
Director
A veteran collegiate coach, Charles Morrow just concluded his eighth season at the helm of the Lipscomb men's soccer program. Two of the past five seasons, his Lipscomb squads have earned 10 or more victories, and have been in the Atlantic Sun Men's Soccer tournament every season since 2007.
Morrow arrived on Lipscomb’s campus first in 1994 as a transfer after starting his collegiate career at DII power Queens College. From 1994-96, Morrow would be part of the Bison squad, serving as a captain during his tenure as a player.
After his playing career ended, Morrow stayed on as an assistant from 1996-97, graduating in 1997 with a degree in physical education and health.
Morrow was the head coach at Goodpasture High School from 1997-2000. He returned to the college ranks in 2001 as an assistant coach at Vanderbilt, where he remained until 2003.
In April 2003, he left Vanderbilt to take his first collegiate head coaching job at Division II Belmont Abbey College in Belmont, N.C. In two seasons, he led the Crusaders to runner-up finishes in both the regular season and the conference tournament.
He returned to his alma mater in 2005 and has continually raised the bar for excellence on the soccer field ever since. Notable Bison alumni such as Ben Page and Miguel DaSilva have gone on to play professionally after collegiate careers spent at Lipscomb learning under the tutelage of Morrow and his staff.
Morrow completed his Master of Sports Science degree at the United States Sports Academy in Daphne, Ala. He is married to the former Beth Earnest of Nashville. The couple has two sons, Trip and Will.

Lipscomb's Advanced & Team Camp is designed to expand player's physical and mental soccer abilities and build self esteem on and off the soccer field. TEAMS ARE WELCOME! The camp is open to boys U-11 thru U-18 and High School / Club teams.
Individuals attending the camp can expect an emphasis on technical training. Tactical topics will also be addressed and campers will have the opportunity to apply what they have learned in small-sided and large group games. Individual campers will be placed on teams according to their age and ability. The Team camp concept has proven to be one of the most successful ways to challenge and develop quality teams. Team camp is an opportunity for players to develop team tactics, offensive and defensive shapes and team cohesion. This challenging camp will address technical topics daily with emphasis on transferring newly acquired skills into competitive matches. Our staff will work together with your coaches to assess your team to ensure each training session addresses the needs of your team. By the end of the week players will have a clearer picture of their individual abilities, purpose, commitment and direction their team is headed.
Campers will also benefit from our College recruiting seminar, which features college coaches and players providing insight into the college recruiting process. Teams are encouraged to send at least 13 players who will be assigned to a Staff Coach. One coach may attend free and receive lesson plans, clinics, and chalk talks with Coach Morrow and his staff. To reserve space in any of our sessions for your team a deposit of $100 per camper is required. The deposit will be applied to each camper's enrollment fees. No team will be able to reserve spaces without a $100 deposit per camper and once a camp is closed, no additional applications can be accepted.
