Malcolm and Martin Smith, Lipscomb basketball signees and twin forwards from Clarksville Academy, were recognized in Sports Illustrated's "Faces in the Crowd" in the March 14 issue. Sports Illustrated chooses athletes whose “athletic feats have vaulted them above unsung masses”.

The Smith twins will be freshmen on the 2011-12 Bisons basketball team. Both were named TSSAA Mr. Basketball finalists and were McDonald's All-American nominees.
