The Bisons cross country team finished sixth Saturday at the University of Evansville Invitational.

The top finisher for Lipscomb was Eric Brown who was 32nd with a time of 27:26.64 over the 8-K course. Weldon Ehlert was close behind at 34th with a time of 27:31.04.

Caleb Key's 27:37.39 earned him the 38th spot. Daniel Pelletier finished 49th with a time of 28:00.29.

Zac Yanis was 61st (28:34.62), Kevin Green was 73rd (28:55.30), Matt McWhirter was 85th (29:29.88) and Naeem Thompson finished 99th (30:56.17).
