2011 Cross Country: Competed in five meets… Began his Lipscomb career with a 17:19.67s mark at the Belmont Opener, where he finished 73rd… Broke 17 minutes in the 5K the following meet, finishing 30th at the Powerade Invitational with a 16:53s run… On his return trip to Chattanooga, finished eighth with a 29:59.61s run at the Chattanooga Cross Country Festival… Set a personal-best in the 8K in the silver race at the Louisville Cross Country Classic with a 27:28.10s run, finishing 58th.

Prep: Ran for Angie Johnson at Champaign Central High School... Natural athlete competed four years in cross country, three in track, two in wrestling and one in soccer... In addition to the longer distances and cross country, is also an accomplished pole vaulter with a personal-best of 11' 6".

Personal: Son of Bob and Dale Coleman... Has one sister, Ali... Plans to major in kineseology... Chose Lipscomb because he felt God calling him here.
