|2011-12 Men's Cross Country Coaches|
Tabetha Taylor's passion for Cross Country and Track is to help build teams that perform in excellence and dominate through a positive team culture.
She uses the same skills taught to Fortune 500 companies to create one of the most unique team environments in the nation in collegiate athletics. Lipscomb University Cross Country and Track & Field athletes are given extensive training in Team building, Leadership and Adapting to Change.
These skills give LU XC and Track a huge environmental and performance advantage. They also give Lipscomb athletes a tremendous advantage in their post-collegiate careers, as they have developed unique skills that are essential for success to a level far greater than their peers across the nation.
With Tabetha's guidance Lipscomb has built a team culture that supports trust, ownership, service to others, and embracing change. As the Team Develop Coach for XC and Track, Tabetha's focus is on creating a dynamic team environment, building skills that transfer far beyond the field of play. Her specialty is helping athletes adjust to college and team life by building leaders and athletes that seek out and embrace change and a coachable attitude and spirit.
