The Lipscomb Bisons golf team made a three-day climb moving up to a final seventh place finish Wednesday in the Atlantic Sun Conference Men's Golf Championship.
The Bisons shot a final day team score of 292, the third lowest score of the day. They opened with a first round score of 314, the second highest score. In round two they fired a 302.
Cody Hale tied for 14th place with an eight over par three-round score of 221 (75-76-70).
Parker Beck tied for 30th with a score of 230 (81-76-73). Close behind was Clint Suggs with a score of 233 (83-76-74), tying for 37th place.
Brandon Mundie fired a score of 234 (85-74-75) placing him in a tie for 39th.
Cory Parkinson was 45th with a score of 237 (75-76-86).
The tournament was held at the Chateau Elan Resort in Braselton, Ga.
The University of North Florida won the tournament.
