Bisons finish 13th in Grover Page Classic

The Lipscomb Bisons golf team finished 13th in the Grover Page Classic hosted by the University of Tennessee-Martin.

The Bisons shot a three-round total of 928 (310-305-313) at the Jackson County Club in Jackson, Tenn. It was the opening match of the season for the men's team and their first spring match under the director of new coach Buddy Harston.

Cory Parkinson led the Bisons, finishing in a tie for 26th with a 229 (74-78-77). Taylor Lewis tied for 30th with a 230 (77-74-79).

Rounding out the scoring the Bisons were Dustin Lynch in a tie for 50th with a 235 (79-76-80); Clint Suggs in a tie for 54th with a 236 (80-77-79) and Jase Renneke in a tie for 75th with a 246 (82-86-78).
