Suggs leads Bisons to fifth place finish
The Bisons golf team finished fifth in the Jackson State/Pizza Hut/AT &T Intercollegiate Sunday and Monday at the Dancing Rabbit Golf Course in Choctaw, Miss.

The Bisons shot a second day team score of 308. They shot 322 as a team in the first round for a 630 score. They were one stroke behind host Jackson State in fourth place with 629 and three strokes behind third place finisher Tennessee Tech.

Clint Suggs led the Bisons and tied for sixth in the tournament with a score of 153 (78-75).

Samuel Marcrom tied for 10th place, one stroke behind at 154 (75-79).

Cory Parkinson tied for 23rd with a 160 (87-73).

Dylan Waters tied for 31st with a 166 (85-81). Zach Pharr tied for 33rd with a score of 167 (84-83).
