Bisons close out road season at Furman

Final Stats

The Lipscomb Bisons soccer team played it's the last road game of the season, a 5-0 loss at Furman Monday night at Stone Soccer Stadium in Greenville, S.C.

Furman made 21 shots, 10 shots on goal. The Bisons held the score to 1-0 in the first half before giving up four second half goals.

Lipscomb goalkeeper Danny Prichard played 67:46 minutes. He gave up three goals and made three saves. Jake Goergen played the final 22:14. He allowed two goals and made two saves.

The Bisons attempted nine shots, but only two were shots on goal. Ben Page was credited with four shots and one of the shots on goal. T.J. Williams attempted three shots and had the other shot on goal.

Derek Gleason picked up the shutout for Furman.

The Bisons are 5-10-2 overall. Furman finished the regular season 10-6-1.

The regular season finale for the Bisons is Sunday at 1 p.m. when Alabama A&M visits.
