Lipscomb men’s tennis senior Oliver Strecker has been named to the 2012 Atlantic Sun Conference Second Team as announced by the league.
The Lipscomb men’s tennis team was defeated in the first round of the Atlantic Sun Championship Tournament on Friday morning when they fell 4-2 to South Carolina Upstate in Johnson City, Tenn.
The Lipscomb men’s tennis team is heading to the 2012 Atlantic Sun Championship Tournament as the No. 4 seed this weekend in their first ever back-to-back appearances. The Bisons will play No. 5 South Carolina Upstate in their first round match on Friday, April 20 at 7:30 a.m. in Johnson City, Tenn.
The Lipscomb men’s tennis team will make its first back-to-back appearance in the Atlantic Sun Conference tournament this year, after clinching a postseason berth despite their season finale 5-2 loss to Stetson on Saturday at the Huston-Marsh-Griffith Tennis Center in Nashville.
