Men's tennis loses battle to ETSU

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Lipscomb men’s tennis team had a rough day at home after surrendering a 6-0 loss to ETSU Saturday morning.

The team did not compete in any doubles matches.

Singles matches proved to be a battle for the athletes after failing to record a win in any of the matches.

Miguel Cortez came close to picking up a win against Ismael Merino before Merino turned the tied-up match into a 7-6 victory.

The men will continue home action on April 4 and 5 when they host fellow Atlantic Sun teams Stetson and Florida Gulf Coast.
