2011 Cross Country: Competed in seven meets… Set a personal-best in the 5K at the Powerade Invite, finishing 16th at 16:04s… Exploded at the Erik Andersen Invitational to a personal-best 8K run of 25:52.40s, earning him a 46th-place finish… Finished 29th at the A-Sun Championships with a 26:20.74s run… Concluded season at the NCAA South Regional with a 34:06.10s run in the 10K to finish 107th.

2011 Track and Field: Set four personal-bests in his sophomore season... Started his outdoor season off with personal-bests in the 800 and 1500m runs at the Spring Break Invitational, finishing 27th in the 1500m (4:13.22s) and 24th in the 800m (2:01.19s)... Finished 17th in the 5000m run at the Birmingham-Southern Invitational with a 16:18.96s run... Was 22nd at Vanderbilt Black and Gold in the 3000m run (9:09.10s)... Finished seventh in the 1500m run with a 4:19.11s run, his season's best finish.

2010 Cross Country: Competed in five meets... Season-opening 5K at the Belmont Opener was a personal-best 17:05.05 run... Finished 30th at the Louisville Invitational with a personal-best 27:16 mark.

2010 Track and Field: Personal-best mile run came in his first meet, at the Ed Temple Invite; he finished fifth with a 4:46.43s run... During outdoor season, became a force in the steeplechase, finishing fourth at the Governors Invitational (10:15.21s) and the Vanderbilt Invitational (personal-best 10:00.00s)... Also finished sixth in the 3000m run at the Vanderbilt Invitational with a season-best 9:21.49s run.

Prep: Competed for Ralph Connor at Vincennes Lincoln (Ind.) High School... Cross country team MVP as a senior; won Most Improved twice.

Personal: Son of Roger and Mary Wright... Youngest of five children, has two brothers (Paul and Samuel) and two sisters (Tabitha and Sarah)... Older brother Paul ran cross country and track at Lipscomb.
