Prep: Competed in pole vault for Mike Jinks at Byron P. Steele High School... Placed seventh in the Texas 5A state championships in 2010... Also won a state championship in football.

Personal: Son of Brian and Jo Ann Floyd... Has one brother (Steven)... Plans to major in music... Chose Lipscomb in order to expand athletically, academically and spiritually.
