Lipscomb's Taylor Lewis finished the second round of the Atlantic Sun Golf Tournament in a tie for ninth place with a three-under-par score of 143.
Lewis fired an opening round 68 Monday and shot a 75 Tuesday. The tournament, which is being held at Eagle Creek Golf Club in Orlando, Fla., ends Wednesday.
The Bisons are 10th in the team standings with a score of 616 (308-308), 32 over par. Jacksonville leads the event with a team score of 568 (286-282).
Lewis is a minue-5 in par 5 scoring. Cody Hale has recorded one eagle.
Dustin Lynch is tied for 40th with 153 (76-77). Parker Beck is 47th with a 159 (84-75) closely followed by Cody Hale in 48th place with a 163 (79-84) and Paul Warren in 49th place at 166 (84-82).
