Bisons move up to tie for 14th in Mission Inn Collegiate

The Bisons golf team moved up the ladder in the second round of the Mission Inn Collegiate Classic at Howey-In-The-Hills, Fla.

Saturday the Bisons finished the second round tied with Stetson, a fellow Atlantic Sun opponent, at 14th.

Cory Parkinson shot the low round for the Bisons in the second round with a 71. Parkinson shot a first round 81 for a two-round total of 152. He is tied with Andrew Green for the team lead. Green has rounds of 79 and 73. They are both tied for 42nd overall.

Taylor Lewis has posted rounds of 80 and 73. His 153 puts him in a tie for 49th.

Clint Suggs is tied for 55th with a two-round total of 154 (72-82). Dustin Lynch is tied for 85th with a two-round total of 165 (82-83).

There are 18 teams in the tournament.
