The Lady Bisons golf team is in ninth place after the first round of the F&M Bank APSU Classic hosted by Austin Peay.

The Lady Bisons shot a first round 342 Monday. Butler University leads with a 322.

Liz Austin is the leader for the Lady Bisons. She ended in a tie for 19th with a first round score of83.

Close behind, in a tie for 23rd place, is Brie Rowdon with an 84.

Marie Fillers is tied for 39th with an 87. Ashlee Catlin is tied for 47th with an 88. Brittney Beard is tied for 56th with a 90.
