The Lipscomb Bisons finished in first place in the Mission Inn Collegiate Classic at the El Campeon-Mission Inn at Howey-In-The-Hills, Fla.
Senior Cody Hale, from Tullahoma, tied for first place in the tournament with a two-round total of 136, six-under par. Hale shot rounds of 70 and 66.
The Bisons finished 11 over par for two rounds with a score of 579 (295, 284). The third round of the tournament was canceled due to rain.
Clint Suggs finished in a tie for seventh place for the Bisons with a score of 145 (74, 71).
Parker Beck funished in a tie for 20th with a score of 148 (74, 74).
Samuel Marcrom tied for 34th with a score of 150 (77, 73). Cory Parkinson shot a 153 (78, 75) to tie for 55th.
St. John's University was second in the 18-school field. Western Kentucky finished third.
