The Lipscomb Bisons golf team is tied for third after 36-holes Monday in the Fall Kick-Off Invitational hosted by Morehead State University at Wasioto Winds Golf Course in Pineville, Ky.

The Bisons combined for team scores of 292 and 299 for a two-round total of 591. They are tied with Northern Kentucky University which shot rounds of 296 and 295.

Southern Illinois leads the tournament with a team score of 580 (288-292). Host Morehead State is second with a 590 (299-291), one shot ahead of Lipscomb and Northern Kentucky.

Samuel Marcrom is leading the Bisons with a score of 146, with identical rounds of 73. He is tied for eighth overall.

Cory Parkinson is tied for 11th with a score of 147 (72-75). Also in the top 25 is Clint Suggs with a 151 (81-70) who is tied for 25th.

Rounding out the team for the Bisons are Brandon Mundie in a tie for 30th with a 152 (70-82) and Chad Rush in a tie for 45th with a 158 (77-81).

Also in the field for the Fall Kick-Off are Belarmine, John A. Logan, Tennessee-Martin and Walters State.
