Baseball set to close out fall practice with World Series

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Lipscomb baseball team is set to wrap up Fall practice this week with the annual “World Series” intrasquad scrimmages on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

The Bisons are slated to take the field on Monday and Wednesday at 3 p.m. and Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. at Dugan Field.  The “World Series” is open the public and free of charge.  It marks the final chance to catch the Bisons in action in 2011.

Lipscomb opens the 2012 slate at home hosting the “Mule Mix Classic” Feb. 17-19 as Evansville, St. Louis and Kansas come to town.
