BRASELTON, Ga.  – The Lipscomb men’s golf team wrapped up the 2012 slate with a ninth-place finish in the 2012 Atlantic Sun Conference Tournament hosted at the Chateau Elan Resort “Legends Course” in Braselton Ga.

The Bisons posted a +61, 925 (315, 299, 311) for the event finishing two strokes ahead of Belmont.

Junior Alex Cox paced Lipscomb with a +15, 231 (81, 71, 79) in a two-way tie for 29^th.  Cox was followed by freshman Nate Johnson, who finished in 37^th with a +19, 235 (73, 84, 78).

Fellow rookie Paul Kleine-Kracht finished one shot behind Johnson in a tie for 38^th with a +20, 236 (81, 81, 74).  Junior Blanton Farmer tied for 43^rd with a +24, 240 (88, 72, 80). Sophomore Ryan Terry rounded out the competitors for the Bisons with a 45^th-place finish just one shot behind Farmer (241 – 80, 75, 86).
