Men's golf in 1st place at UT Martin Skyhawk Fall Classic

MARTIN, Tenn.-The Lipscomb men's golf team began play in the UT Martin Skyhawk Fall Classic Monday morning at the Paris Landing State Park golf course. The Bisons took the lead after the first round of play with a 280. 

With team members shooting better than the average 74.32 round, Lipscomb's Ryan Terry leads the field with a 67. Close behind Terry is Paul Klein-Kracht in a tie for third at 69. Also in competition are Blanton Farmer (71), Alex Cox (73), and Dustin Wilder (74). 

There are 14 teams in the field. Paris Landing State Park Golf Course is a 72- par course over 6,685 yards in Buchanan, Tenn. The second round will complete tonight and a final round will begin Tuesday morning.
