MEMPHIS, Tenn.-The men’s tennis team traveled to Memphis, Tenn., to compete in the ITA Regionals this past weekend.

Colby Shaw, David Salazar, Oliver Strecker, Tanner Brown and Miguel Cortez all played during the tournament.

Coach Andrew Harris believes that the team made a great collective effort.

“The good news is everyone got the opportunity to get some good wins,” Harris said.

Harris had high marks for Shaw’s performance.

“I wished Colby Shaw could of been more healthy because he is playing with great confidence right now.”

Harris hopes that the next few months will be beneficial for the team as the tournament season comes to a close.

“We need to continue to improve over the coming weeks heading into the off-season.”
