NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Squeezed in between two Atlantic Sun Conference road jaunts, the Lipscomb baseball team returns home on Tuesday night to take on Western Kentucky at 6 p.m. at Ken Dugan Field as Stephen L. Marsh Stadium in Nashville.
The Bisons (12-25) are set to send freshman righty Denton Norman to the hill for his first start in Purple and Gold. The Lipscomb rookie is slated to go up against Western Kentucky (20-16) junior Justin Hageman. Norman has made four appearances for LU this spring with a 3.86 ERA in 9.1 innings of work. Hageman, who sports a 9.00 ERA, picked up a win in relief on Sunday afternoon for the Hilltoppers in his eighth appearance of the season.
Lipscomb came out on top 5-4 in 10 innings in the meeting between the two schools in Bowling Green, Ky. last month.
