NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Lipscomb softball camps will begin in less than a month allowing high school athletes the opportunity to train with Lady Bisons coaches and players. Not only can campers fine-tune their skills at the camps, but it gives them exposure to playing softball at the NCAA Division I level.
On Monday July 10 and Tuesday the 11th rising 8th through 12th graders will be able to participate in the Bisons Elite Camp. The Elite Camp will cover all aspects of hitting and defense and will culminate with scrimmages where campers can show off their skills in game situations.
For pitchers and catchers, there will be two chances to learn on Draper Diamond. Monday July 17 and Monday August 14 will cover the mechanics of pitching and catching as well as pitch-calling strategies.
