ATLANTA – Lipscomb softball’s Hannah DeVault has been named the ASUN Player of the Week, as announced by the league offices on Monday.
DeVault, the reigning ASUN Defensive Player of the Year, takes home her first career weekly honor.
The junior helped Lipscomb go 4-0 as they hosted the Purple and Gold Challenge over the weekend, taking down Appalachian State, Miami (Ohio), and Eastern Illinois.
The infielder compiled a .571 batting average by going 4-7 at the plate. She drew six walks, scored three runs, notched four RBI, and blasted two home runs.
DeVault earned a 1.429 slugging percentage for the weekend and a .769 OBP.

DeVault and the Lady Bisons will be back on the diamond this weekend for the Lady Bison Classic.
