ATLANTA, Ga. - Lipscomb's Carlyle Nusbaum earned this week's ASUN Conference Volleyball Player of the Week honor, announced by the league office on Monday.
Nusbaum continues to add to one of the most decorated careers in the history of ASUN Volleyball, as she takes home her ASUN record 12th career Player of the Week award.
The Overland Park, Kansas native is now just one away from tying Lipscomb Men's Golfer Dawson Armstrong for most weekly honors in conference history in any sport.
This past week, Nusbaum was spectacular for the Bisons, leading them to a 3-0 week.
In the process, she recorded three double-doubles, tallied 45 kills, 4.09 kills/set, 43 total digs and 3.91 digs/set. She now has 13 double-doubles this season, which leads the conference.
Nusbaum also leads in kills/set with an average of 4.12. For her career, Nusbuam sits with 1,665 total kills, which sit alone in third place in ASUN history.
