High School: Brittany Simmons is a 5-foot-4 defensive specialist from Klein High in Houston, Texas. She helped lead Klein High School to back-to-back undefeated district championships in 2005-06 and 2006-07. Simmons made the All-District team three times in high school and was named as the Defensive Player of the Year twice. Simmons was also a member of the National Honor Society, Peer Assistant Leadership Skills Member, and she won the Outstanding Senior English Award at Klein.
