Jenna Panatier is entering her second season as an assistant coach with the Lady Bisons volleyball team.
Panatier is the former head coach at Colgate University in Hamilton, N.Y., where she directed the program starting in June 2002. She spent four seasons with Colgate. She also was head coach of the Occidental College volleyball team in Los Angeles, Calif., four seasons before going to Colgate.
She works primarily in the areas of recruiting, assisting in practice planning and match strategy, monitoring academic progress and day-to-day operations.
Panatier graduated from St. John[apos]s University in 1998 cum laude with a B.S. degree in Sports Management. She was a charter member of the first team at St. John[apos]s. Panatier served as captain of the team for three seasons, winning the MVP Award in 1995 and St. John[apos]s Outstanding Woman in Sports Award in 1998.
Off of the court she also excelled. She was named Academic All-American from 1996-1998. She was a member of the Big East Conference Academic All-Star Team from 1995-1998.
Panatier is working on her Masters of Business Administration degree at Lipscomb.
