Lady Bisons looking for fresh start in Florida
When the Lipscomb Lady Bisons packed for their trip to Jacksonville one thing coach Frank Bennett wanted his players to leave behind was any thoughts of Monday’s 78-53 loss to Stetson.

Thursday at 4:30 the Lady Bisons will face North Florida at UNF Arena. Saturday at noon they will play at Jacksonville.

The Lady Bisons lost 57-53 to North Florida Jan. 10. The game was tied at 53-53 with nine second left at Allen Arena, but North Florida scored the final four points.

North Florida has won six of its last seven games.

The Lady Bisons are 8-14, 5-8 in the A-Sun. North Florida is 8-12 overall, 6-5 in the conference.

North Florida holds a 9-1 series advantage.

Brittany Kirkland leads North Florida with 15.6 points per game. Larkira Jones is the top rebounder with 8.8 per game.

The Lady Bisons are led by guard Jenna Bartsokas with 16 points per game and guard Anna Bowers with 13.7. Brittany Duerk is the leading rebounder with 5.7 per game.
