Anderson paces Lady Bisons in Louisville race
The Lipscomb Lady Bisons cross country team finished 17th in a field of 32 teams Saturday in the Greater Louisville Cross Country Classic at E.P. Tom Sawyer State Park in Louisville, Ky.

Caitlin Anderson was the 56th runner to cross the finish line, covering the 5-K course in 18:36.42.

Erin Pyles was close behind in 61st place with a time of 18:41.06.

Rounding out the finishers to the Lady Bisons were Jenny Rudolph (94th, 19:02.20); Shannon Shoemake (124th, 19:27.90); Paige Griffin (145th, 19:45.82); Ashley Lehman (187th, 20:12.01); Julie Alley (208th, 20:31.0); and Catherine Beals (21:31.07).

There were 265 runners in the field.

In the Blue Course 5-K three Lady Bisons were in the field of 204 runners.

Louisa Van Batavia was 45th with a time of 20:41.54.

Paloma Floden finished 55th with a time of 20:54.29 and Laura Stewart was 73rd with a time of 21:22.07.
