Lipscomb women’s golf coach Buddy Harston announced the signing of four players for the 2014-15 year. Leading the class is Samantha Griffith of Ooltewah, Tenn. who ranks fifth in the state.

Miriam Parker was named the Atlantic Sun Player of the Week after firing a two-round total of 144 (+2) in the Charles Braun Jr. Intercollegiate earlier this week. She won medalist for the first time in her career and helped the Lady Bisons to a second place finish.

After breaking the team scoring record on day one of the Braun Intercollegiate, the Lipscomb women’s golf team posted another outstanding round on Tuesday to finish in second place. Miriam Parker won medalist with rounds of 70-74.

Lipscomb women’s golf had a strong showing in round one of the Charles Braun Jr. Intercollegiate on Monday and ended the first round as the tournament leaders. The Lady Bisons shot 295 as a team and broke the school record for a team’s single round total by 12 strokes.

Lipscomb women's golf returns to action on Monday and Tuesday to close out the 2013 fall campaign in the Charles Braun Jr. Intercollegiate in Boonville, Ind. The tournament is a 14-team field hosted by the University of Evansville at the Quail Crossing Golf Club.

The Lipscomb women’s golf team shot 638 as a team to finish ninth in the F&M APSU Intercollegiate at the Clarksville Country Club. After shooting a 328 on Monday, the Bisons improved their score by 18-strokes on Tuesday to score a 310.

The Lipscomb women’s golf team finished round one of the F&M Bank APSU Intercollegiate with a combined score of 328. Morgan Bucher led the Lady Bisons with a 79 and is tied for 22nd overall.

The Lady Bison golf team will travel to Clarksville, Tenn., to take part in the 36-hole Austin Peay Intercollegiate on Monday and Tuesday at the Clarksville Country Club. Sami Khan paces the Lady Bisons with a 78 scoring average.
