Final Stats

The Lady Bisons were not able to jump start their offense in a 10-0 loss to Middle Tennessee State Friday night in Murfreesboro.

Middle Tennessee scored seven goals in the first period and three in the third.

Kala Morgan scored the hat trick with three goals for Middle Tennessee. She also added one assist. Mary Lapapas also recorded a multi-point night with two goals.

Freshman midfielder Brandi Besheres was credited with the Lady Bisons only shot of the game.

Middle Tennessee recorded 43 shots, 27 shots on goal.

Lipscomb goaltender Katie Shelton played the first period and gave up seven goals while making eight saves. Cara Peacock came in for the second period, making her first appearance in goal this season. She allowed three goals and made nine saves.

Middle Tennessee had 16 corner kicks. The Lady Bisons made one.

The Lady Bisons are 1-7 this season. They play host to Murray State Sunday at 3.

Middle Tennessee is 6-1 this season.
