Women's soccer honors seniors in final match of the season

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – After a long, grueling season for the Lipscomb women’s soccer team, the Lady Bisons will host Northern Kentucky Friday Oct. 24 at 7 p.m. for the team’s last game of the regular season.

The Purple and Gold, 10-5-2, 4-1-1 in the Atlantic Sun, picked up its 11th shutout of the season last Friday night defeating USC Upstate 4-0 in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Lail recorded an assist of her own with a pass near Upstate’s back line to freshman Paige Miller to secure the scoring opportunity. Miller along with freshman Elizabeth Ashwood each contributed their first goals of the season to the final result.
