Kelsey Fenix

Kelsey Fenix begins her third season with the Lady Bisons after joining head coach Kevin O'Brien's coaching staff in March 2012. The Westlake, Ohio native will have a myriad of responsibilities for the Lady Bison program.

Fenix played her college soccer at the University of Kentucky, captaining the Wildcats to the 2006 SEC title and an NCAA Tournament appearance. She earned All-SEC honors in 2007. She graduated with a bachelor of science in Kinesiology.

More recently, she played semi-pro soccer for the Charlotte Lady Eagles in the W-League.

Fenix has coached on the club level for a few years now, starting with the Jessamine (Ky.) Storm from 2007-08. She has also coached the Winston-Salem Twins (2009-11) and Charlotte United (2011-12) and holds a USSF National "B" License.

Fenix assisted Coach Kevin O'Brien in making Lipscomb history during the 2013 season. The team made it to the Atlantic Sun Tournament for the first time in program history. They finished the year with an overall record of 6-8-5 and a conference record of 3-3-3, a program best.
