The Lady Bisons traveled to UT Chattanooga on September 21st for the first tournament of the 2007-2008 tennis season.

The Lady Bisons had a steady start, fighting hard; all playing well. Raphaela Jann was the Lady Bisons sole winner for the weekend.

Saturday Women's A Consolation Gulshah Esen (UAB) def. Jackson 6-1, 6-1 Jann def. Seden Soyalp (UAB) 1-6, 6-2 (10-4) Jann def. Ayano Tanaka (KSU) 6-4, 6-1 Jann had to retire the finals of the consolation due to injury
