ATLANTA, Ga. - Lipscomb's Vika Dzyuba earned her first ASUN Conference Women's Tennis Player of the Week honor this year after helping the Bisons to a pair of wins over the weekend, as announced by the league office on Wednesday.
Dzyuba posted a 4-0 combined record between single and doubles against Arkansas State and Presbyterian. She improved to 10-1 in singles on the season after having won eight in a row.
In doubles play, the senior has recorded nine victories and has not lost since Feb. 10 at Alabma - a stretch of seven matches.
The Bisons, at 10-3 on the year, are one of two teams in the conference with double digit wins.
The weekly award is Dzyuba's fourth of her career.
