Evans hired as sprints and hurdles coach

Bill Taylor, Lipscomb’s director of cross country and track and field, has announced the hiring of current graduate assistant Marcus Evans as an assistant coach for the track and field programs. Evans will be in charge of sprints and hurdles.

Lipscomb leads A-Sun in All-Academic honorees

With 187 student-athletes earning a 3.0 GPA or better during the 2011-12 academic year, Lipscomb leads the A-Sun in All-Academic honorees. The Bison and Lady Bisons placed better than 74 percent of student-athletes on the All-Academic registry.
