Track and field kicks off 2020 successfully in Birmingham

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The Lipscomb track and field squad opened up the 2020 season with a strong showing at a pair of meets in Birmingham, Alabama over the weekend. 

On Friday, the Bisons took on the Blazer Invitational, with the Vulcan Invite taking place on Saturday. 

On Friday, six Bisons grabbed top-10 spots in their respective events.

At the Vulcan Invite on Saturday, five more Bisons placed in the top 10 across the day of events.

The Bisons will be back next weekend for a meet close to home - the Vanderbilt Invitational.
