HOW IT HAPPENED
Jacksonville opened the scoring in the bottom of the first with two runs on one hit to take the early lead and doubled their score with two runs on four hits in the bottom of the second inning. The Dolphins pushed their lead to 5-0 with a run on two hits in the bottom of the third.
The Bisons responded in the top of the fourth as Maci Cunconan singled to center field to push Kyndall Crawford to third with one out. Katelyn Belding reached on a fielder's choice in the next at-bat to score Crawford to cut into the deficit.
